Abstract

Perencah herba diperkaya dengan cendawan tiram kelabu boleh diklasifikasikan sebagai makanan konvenien dan produk sedia diguna. Produk ini dibangunkan dalam bentuk pes dan dipek di dalam botol kaca. Tujuan penambahan serbuk cendawan tiram kelabu adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai pemakanan dan juga ciri-ciri fizikal produk. Produk ini dikategorikan sebagai makanan berasid kerana mempunyai pH 4.30 dan keaktifan air 0.87. || Herbal seasoning enriched with grey oyster mushroom can be classified as convenient food and ready to use product. The product was developed in paste form and packed in glass bottles. The purpose of adding grey oyster mushroom powder is to increase the nutritional value as well as the physical characteristics of the products. This product is an acidic food, with a pH of 4.30 and water activity of 0.87.
