Abstract

BaTiO3 dan CaCu3Ti4O12 ialah bahan seramik dengan pemalar dielektrik yang tinggi. Pemalar dielektrik tinggi BaTiO3 disebabkan perubahan feroelektrik manakala sebab untuk CaCu3Ti4O12 belum jelas. BaTiO3 and CaCu3Ti4O12 are ceramic materials with high dielectric constants. However, the high dielectric constant in BaTiO3 is due to a ferroelectric transition while the reason for CaCu3Ti4O12 is not yet clear.
