Abstract

Menurut International Labour Organization (ILO), ergonomik ialah sains biologi manusia berhubung dengan sains kejuruteraan di antara pekerja dengan persekitaran kerjanya. Dengan wujudnya hubungan ini, kesejahteraan motivasi pekerja dapat dicapai berdasarkan kepada peningkatan kepuasan kerja, motivasi atau semangat bekerja dan pengurangan tahap tekanan atau gangguan emosi. According to International Labour Organization (ILO) ergonomics is application of the human biological sciences in conjunction with the engineering sciences to the worker and his working environment, so as to obtain the motivational well-being of workers based on increasing work satisfaction, motivation and decreasing stress and tension.
