Abstract

Tiga jenis sisa industri pertanian tempatan telah digunakan sebagai medium pengkulturan bagi pertumbuhan yis Saccharomyces cerevisiae dan Candida utilis. Three different types of agricultural wastes were used as cultivation media for culturing both Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida utilis. They were palm oil mill effluent (POME), oil palm frond (OPF) and pineapple waste.
