Abstract

Ketahanan sistem rantai tayar yang berpestasi tinggi adalah bergantung kepada ikatan yang terhasil antara dawai besi dan campuran getah. Campuran getah yang digunakan dalam penglitup dawai besi merupakan campuran ‘breaker’. The reliability of a high performance steel belt tyre is significantly dependent on the adhesion of steel reinforcement to rubber compound. Rubber compounds used to coat on the steel belts was known as breaker compound.
