Abstract

Penguat kuasa yang mempunyai lebar-jalur yang lebar adalah komponen utama dalam teknologi Radio Tertakrif Perisian. Namun demikian, penguat kuasa jalurlebar lazim mempunyai lebarjalur yang kurang kerana dihadkan oleh hasil gandaan-lebarjalur transistor. Wide bandwidth power amplifiers are key components in Software-Defined Radio technology. However, the conventional broadband power amplifier has poor bandwidth that limited by the transistor’s gain-bandwidth product.
