Abstract

This research explores how medium-sized and small enterprises plan to adopt Internet of Things (IoT) technology in manufacturing. This research integrates two theoretical frameworks combining the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework and the Human-Organization-Technology fit (HOT-fit) theory. Additionally, the study examines how leadership support moderates the relationships between organizational drivers, as well as how organizational resistance moderates human drivers. Investigation required sixteen formulated hypotheses in total.
