Abstract
The rapid digital transformation of education in China has emphasized the need for school leadership to integrate technology and support teachers’ digital competency development effectively. This study aims to assess the level of principal digital leadership, teachers’ digital competency, and ICT self-efficacy in Chinese secondary schools. It also aims to investigates the relationship between digital leadership , teachers' digital competency and teachers’ ICT self-efficacy, and also examines ICT self-efficacy’s mediating role, and explores how digital leadership a contribute to enhancing teachers’ digital competency in the teaching and learning process. This study conducted the explanatory sequential mixed method research design in data gathering process.
