Abstract

Analisis aliran bendalir dikelilingi penderia mikro telah dipamerkan dalam penyelidikan ini. Dalam analisis ini, penderia mikro dipasang di dalam saluran berbentuk segiempat tepat bagi keadaan tanpa tiang dan satu tiang. Dua langkah penting telah diambil iaitu menentukan kesan arah aliran dan konfigurasi pemasangan penderia mikro ke atas prestasi penderia aliran mikro. The numerical analysis of flow around micro flow sensor is presented in this work. In the present studies, the sensor has been installed in a rectangular channel with no pillar and one pillar. There are two approaches have been performed in order to observe the effect of the flow direction and installation configuration on the micro flow sensor performance.
