Abstract

Kajian ini mengkaji pengaruh kecukupan belanjawan, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi dalam hubungan antara penyertaan dalam belanjawan terhadap prestasi pengurus. This research investigates the effect of budget adequacy, organizational commitment, and motivation on the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance.
