Abstract
Tujuan utama kajian ini adalah untuk meneliti kesan pendekatan holistik dalam mengurangkan stres di kalangan guru di daerah Seberang Perai Selatan, Pulau Pinang. Subjek kajian terdiri daripada 31 orang guru lelaki dan 39 orang gum perempuan.
