Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan menyelidik kesan Tanggungjawab Sosial Korporat (TSK) ke atas reputasi korporat, kepuasan kerja pekerja dan prestasi korporat dalam kalangan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS) di China. Kajian dicetuskan oleh isu yang belum selesai berkaitan hubungan antara TSK dan prestasi korporat serta kekurangan kajian lepas dalam topik ini. Motivated by unresolved issue of the relationship between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate performance and a lack of relevant research, this study aims to investigate the effects of CSR on corporate reputation, job satisfaction, and corporate performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in China.
