Abstract

Penglibatan pekerja adalah faktor penting dalam menentukan kejayaan sesuatu organisasi. Penglibatan pekerja dapat menjana prestasi cemerlang serta mengurangkan niat untuk berhenti kerja. Employee engagement is the cornerstone for any organization's success. It fosters employee's performance and alleviates employee's intention to turnover. However, it is the major challenge for many industries.
