Abstract

Kajian kontemporari ini dijalankan dengan menunjukkan penyesuaian Teori Tingkah Laku Terancang (TPB), untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi niat pembelian pengguna Malaysia terhadap bangunan kediaman hijau dan cara niat pembelian mempengaruhi kesanggupan mereka berbelanja untuk bangunan ini. The contemporary study demonstrates the adaptation of Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) to examine the factors influencing Malaysian consumers’ purchase intention towards green residential buildings and how purchase intention affects their willingness to pay for such buildings.
