Abstract

Dalam penyelesaian cabaran haba diod pemancar cahaya (LED) beroperasi, suatu penyiasatan atas reka bentuk papan litar bercetak (PCB) haba cekap telah menarik perhatian banyak industri. In solving the thermal challenges in LED operation, an investigation on designing the thermally efficient printed circuit board (PCB) has drawn the attention of many industries.
