Abstract

Pengurusan pesakit yang membentuk kerintangan imun terhadap platelet adalah mencabar. Salah satu kaedah yang ada adalah menerusi pembekalan platelet yang serasi menerusi ujian keserasian platelet. Managing patient with immune mediated platelet refractoriness can be very challenging. One of the approach is by selecting compatible platelet via crossmatch test.
