Abstract

Sistem penyampaian drug ke kolon adalah sangat berguna untuk menyampaikan drug untuk rawatan penyakit kolon setempat seperti penyakit keradangan usus, ulser kolitis dan penyakit Crohn. Colon drug delivery system is very useful to deliver drugs for treatment of localised colonic diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease.
