Abstract

Kajian ini mengukur persepsi pekerja mengenai integriti di dalam konteks sistem penilaian prestasi berdasarkan kompetensi. Dilaksanakan di bawah Sistem Saraan Malaysia (SSM), mekanisme ini memainkan peranan yang penting dalam sistem saraan berasaskan prestasi. This study seeks to measure employees’ perception of integrity in the competency- based performance assessment system (CBPA). Introduced in 2002 under the Malaysian Remuneration System (MRS), the CBPA played an important role in pay-for-performance system.
