Abstract

Peningkatan dalam pengenalan teknologi perbankan layan diri (SSBTs) di kalangan pelanggan sektor perbankan telah menyumbang kepada kepentingan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan pelanggan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang boleh mempengaruhi persepsi niat pelanggan di kalangan bukan pengamal pembayaran bil melalui talian. Selaras dengan matlamat keseluruhan, kajian ini mencadangkan faktor-faktor peribadi bagi meramalkan niat untuk mengamalkan pembayaran bil melalui talian di kalangan pelanggan bank. The increasing in the introduction of self-service banking technology (SSBTs) among the banking customers enhance needs need to understand the factors that influence customer adoption decisions. This study aims to investigate the factors that may influence customer intention to adopt i-bill payment from non-adopter customer perspective. In line with its overall aim, this study proposes personal factors as factors that predict the intention to adopt i-bill payment among bank customers.
