Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti pengaruh Kepimpinan Transformasi dan Organisasi Pembelajaran terhadap pelaksanaan Pengurusan Kualiti Menyeluruh (TQM ) di dua buah universiti awam di Libya. This study aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership and learning organisation on the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in two public universities in Libya.
