Abstract
Pada masa kini kapasiti kepimpinan guru, organisasi pembelajaran dan
komitmen kualiti pengajaran guru amat penting dalam sekolah berautonomi
seperti sekolah kluster dan sekolah berprestasi tinggi di Malaysia.
Teacher capacity leadership, learning organisation and quality teaching commitment
are some of the most crucial aspects in autonomous schools such as cluster schools
and high performance schools in Malaysia.
