Abstract

Tujuan kajian adalah untuk mengetahui kualiti perkhidmatan guru di 8 buah sekolah menengah di Daerah Pulau, Pulau Pinang. Dalam kajian ini, semangat Piagam Sekolah yang diterjemahkan dari Piagam Pelanggan, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia serta ciri-ciri guru berkualiti yang dikenal pasti oleh Mohan & Hull (1975) dijadikan asas kepada penilaian klien. This study aims to find out the quality of services provided by teachers in eight secondary schools in the District of Pulau, Penang. In this study, the spirit of the School Charter as well as the characteristics of quality teachers identified by Mohan & Hull (1975) are used as a basis for the clients' assessment.
