Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan membina dan menguji dua buah modul kaunseling iaitu modul gabungan terapi brief fokus penyelesaian dengan kognitif tingkah laku (TBKT) serta modul kaunseling kelompok Corey fokus kognitif (KKCFK) dalam mengurangkan masalah kebimbangan komunikasi yang dihadapi oleh pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA). This study aimed to develop and test two counseling modules, the combination module of Solution Focused Brief Therapy with Cognitive Behavioral Theory (BCBT) and Cognitive Focus Corey Counseling Group (CFCG) to reduce communication apprehension problem among public higher education institution’s students.
