Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti pengaruh amalan pengurusan strategik, sokongan pengetua dan perlakuan inovatif terhadap prestasi kerja guru Sekolah Agama Rakyat di Wilayah Yala, Thailand. This study aims to identify the influence of strategic management practices, principals’ support, and innovative behavior on religious school teachers' work performance in the Yala Province of Southern Thailand.
