Abstract

Dari analisis data pelbagai industri terkemuka di Jepun, Nonaka dan Takeuchi (1995) merumuskan bahawa penjanaan pengetahuan meliputi proses-proses interaksi dan transaksi pengetahuan tasit dan pengetahuan eksplisit antara pakar dan novis yang melibatkan proses-proses Sosialisasi (Socialization). Analysing data from top Japanese industries, Nonaka & Takeuchi (1995) concluded that knowledge creation involves the processes of interaction and transaction of tacit and explicit knowledge between experts and novices that employ the processes of Socialization
