Abstract

Kajian ini memberi tumpuan kepada penghasilan enz1m selulase dan xilanase daripada Aspergillus niger AI-l melalui fermentasi substrat pepejal dan penggunaannya dalam proses penyahdakwatan kertas buangan pejabat. The present work focused on the production of cellulases and xylanase using Aspergillus niger AI-l via solid substrate fermentation and its application in enzymatic deinking of mixed office waste paper.
