Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti penglibatan guru dalam membuat keputusan, pengupayaan dan perlakuan proaktif di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Tamil) di negeri Kedah, Pulau Pinang dan Perak. This study aimed to identify the teachers' involvement in decision making, teachers' empowerment and teachers' proactive behavior of the National Tamil Primary Schools in Kedah, Penang and Perak.
