Abstract

Pengeringan olakan biasanya digunakan dalam pengawetan produk pertanian. Kadar pengeringan secara umumnya bergantung kepada pekali resapan kelembapan berkesan dalam bahan-bahan. Convective drying has been commonly used in preservation of the agricultural products.
