Abstract

Klonidin (2-[(2, 6-diklorofenil)-amino]-2-midazolin), merendahkan tekanan darah melalui tindakannya ke atas a.radrenoseptor tmtuk mengurangkan aliran luar simpatetik. Clonidine (2-[(2, 6-dichlorophenyl)-amino]-2-imidazoline), reduces blood pressure via its action on a.2-adrenoceptors to decrease sympathetic outflow.
