Abstract

Analisa terhadap award yang telah diputuskan oleh Mahkamah Perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan pembuangan kerja menunjukkan bahawa terdapat enam jenis salah laku di dalam organisasi iaitu ponteng kerja, ketidakpatuhan arahan majikan, mutu kerja yang rendah, tidak jujur, perlanggaran peraturan dan cuai. Analysis of the Industrial Court awards related to dismissal cases have shown that there were six types of misconduct in organizations such as absenteeism, insubordination, poor performance, dishonesty, violation of rules and negligence.
