Abstract

This research presents the study on separation and purification of vanillin from phenolic compounds in soda lignin extracted from the black liquor of oil palm empty fruit bunches (EFB) using 20 % (v/v) sulfuric acid. Kajian ini membincangkan tentang pemisahan dan penulenan vanilin daripada lignin yang diekstrak daripada likuor hitam tandan kosong kelapa sawit menggunakan asid sulfurik 20 % (v/v).
