Abstract

Managing shop floor basic behaviours such as product mix demand fluctuate, manufacturing hour reduction, machine idling, machine variation, and yield loss are fundamental for the effective production planning and control. Previous works in managing shop floor behaviours focused on measuring productivity, throughput, and utilization are insufficient for identifying the problem. Mengurus kelakuan asas lantai pegeluaran seperti permintaan pelbagai produk yang tidak tetap, pengurangan masa pengeluaran, mesin melahu, variasi mesin dan kehilangan penghasilan adalah asas perancangan dan kawalan pengeluaran yang berkesan. . Kajian-kajian lepas dalam mengurus kelakuan asas lantai pegeluaran memberi tumpuan kepada pengukuran produktiviti, celusan pengeluaran dan penggunaan tidak dapat mengenalpasti masalah-masalah secara keseluruhan
