Abstract

Penyelidikan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kesan ke atas penyesuaian pekerja terhadap gaya kepimipinan di pusat panggilan pelanggan dalam industri telekomunikasi. This study examines the impact of leadership styles on employees’ adaptability in the call center of telecommunication industry.
