Abstract
Dalam penyelidikan mengenai kesetiaan pelanggan dalam industri perkhidmatan, kepuasan pelanggan sering diperkatakan sebagai penentu yang amat penting dalam membantu pengguna untuk membuat sebarang keputusan. In research on customer loyalty in the service industry, customer satisfaction has often been mentioned as an important determinant.
