Abstract
Umumnya syarikat-syarikat yang tertakluk di bawah garispanduan dan kawalan terhadap perakaunan dan belanjawan mendapat hasil yang di luar jangkaan di akhir tahun kewangan. Companies under accounting and budgetary control guidelines in general ended the financial years with surprisingly unexpected results.
