Abstract
Kepimpinan guru besar dikatakan sebagai faktor utama yang menyokong prestasi guru dari segi komitmen organisasi dan pencapaian pelajar. The leadership of the headmasters is known to be a key factor in supporting teachers’ performance in terms of their organizational commitment and students’ achievement.
