Abstract

Penglibatan kerja mendapat banyak perhatian dari para penyelidik dan pengamal. Penelitian ini cuba mempelajari hubungan antara nilai-nilai kerja dan penglibatan kerja. Job involvement had gained much attention from researchers and practitioners. This research attempted to investigate the relationship between work values and job involvement.
