Abstract
Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti kesan keadaan tempat kerja, iaitu keselamatan kerja dan kesihatan, pembangunan pekerja, retensi pekerja, kepelbagaian dan hubungan pekerja, ke atas hubungan antara pelaburan inovasi dan prestasi syarikat.
This study aims to investigate the moderating effect of workplace conditions, namely occupational safety and health, employee development, employee retention, diversity and employee relation, on the relationship between innovation investment and company performance.
