Abstract

Analisis sifat-sifat fizikal dan kimia ke atas buah karanda (Carissa carandas L.) yang ranum telah dijalankan. Panjang dan diameter bagi sebiji buah karanda adalah 2.40±0.30 cm dan 1.80±0.23 cm manakala ketumpatan buah karanda ialah 0.82±0.07 g/cm3. The physical and chemical characteristics of the fruits (Carissa carandas) at full ripen stage were studied. The oval shape fruits were 2.40±0.30 cm in length and 1.80±0.23 cm in diameter while the density of fruit was 0.82±0.07 g/cm3.
