Abstract

RNA kecil (sRNA) telah ditunjukkan memainkan peranan penting dalam pengawalan gen dalam eukariot (juga dikenali sebagai microRNA) dan prokariot. Dalam bakteria, sRNA mengawalatur pembentukan biofilem, penderian korum, kevirulenan dan gerak balas stres persekitaran. Small RNA (sRNA) has been shown to play important gene regulatory roles in both eukaryotes (commonly known as microRNA) and prokaryotes. In bacteria, sRNAs regulate biofilm formation, quorum sensing, virulence, and environmental stress response.
