Abstract

Profil transkriptom pluripotensi manusia telah dikenali dengan menggunakan DNA microarray, expressed sequence tag, penjujukan selari besar-besaran, serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE) and SAGE terbalik. The transcriptome profile of human pluripotency has been revealed using DNA microarray, expressed sequence tag, massively parallel signature sequencing, serial analysis of gene expression (SAGE) and reverse SAGE.
