    Abstract

    Penentuan fungsi molekul RNA amat bergantung kepada struktur sekundemya. Kaedah fizikal yang sedia ada untuk penentuan struktur sekunder adalah mahal dan memakan masa. Determining the function of RNA molecules relies heavily on its secondary structure. The current physical methods for secondary structure determination are expensive and time consuming.
