Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menyiasat kesan tiga program latihan terhadap prestasi murid pelbagai kumpulan kemahiran dalam permainan hoki. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of three training programmes on students with different skill levels in hockey performance.
