    Abstract

    Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau hubungan di antara elemen-elemen kombinasi pemasaran yang terpilih dan pembentukan kesetiaan pengguna terhadap jenama. This study explores the relationships between selected marketing mix elements and the creation of brand loyalty in the prescription drug industry.
