Abstract

Objektif kajian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh dimensi kemahiran jualan yang terdiri daripada kemahiran interpersonal, kemahiran kecekapan menjual, kemahiran teknikal dan kemahiran pemasaran terhadap prestasi jurujual. The objectives of this present study are to understand the influence of sales skills dimensions which are: interpersonal skills, salesmanship skills, technical skills and marketing skills on salesperson performance.
