    Abstract

    Tujuan penyelidikan ini adalah untuk menyelidik sistem penilaian prestasi Service Desk di sebuah syarikat antarabangsa. Service Desk merupakan titik perhubungan tunggal untuk isu-isu berkenaan dengan informasi and infrastruktur teknologi kepada perkerja dalaman, pembekal luaran dan pelanggan-pelanggan. The purpose of this research is to investigate the performance measurement system of the Service Desk in a multinational company. Service Desk is the single point of contact for the internal employees and the external suppliers as well as customers in regards of any IT related issues.
