AbstractPerubahaan dalam organisasi seperti aktiviti perampingan organisasi adalah suatu faktor yang amat mendalam (Gandolfi, 2008) malah ia juga adalah suatu isu yang dianggap problematik di kalangan korporasi moden, badan biasiswa, agensi kerajaan, and organisasi global yang lain (Carbery & Garavan, 2005). Organizational change initiatives such as downsizing, represents some of the most profound (Gandolfi, 2008) and problematic issues facing modern-day corporations, nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies, and global workforces (Carbery & Garavan, 2005).
