Abstract

Kerentanan dielektrik bagi filem nipis ferroelektrik (FE) bawah peralihan fasa tertib kedua dikajikan dengan rangkakerja tenaga bebas Landau-Devonshire. The dielectric susceptibility of ferroelectric (FE) thin film in the second–order phase transition is under study within the framework of the Landau-Devonshire free energy expansion.
