Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menyiasat potensi crospovidone dalam pencegahan toksisiti aflatoxin B1 serta kebolehannya untuk meningkatkan biokeperolehan oral drug yang mempunyai keterlarutan rendah dalam air, iaitu ibuprofen. The present study was conducted to evaluate the potential of crospovidone in preventing aflatoxin B1 toxicity as well as its ability to enhance the oral bioavailability of a poorly water-soluble drug, namely ibuprofen.
