Di dalam proses perkilangan, juruteknik selalunya melakukan pembaikpulihan mesin-mesin pembuatan menggunakan piawaian Panduan Pembaikpulihan yang sedia ada. In current manufacturing process, technicians normally perform equipment troubleshooting using standard Troubleshooting Guides.
